Katannuta is a company focusing on two aspects - incentive and reward schemes utilizing diamonds, gemstones and jewellery and corporate wellness and stress solutions.

Katannuta aims to become a nationwide provider of quality gemstone and jewellery incentives to corporate companies. We also provide individual clients with an opportunity to order and purchase quality, unique tailor-made jewellery. We have an established client base built on trust, customer satisfaction, personal interaction and outstanding value for money.

Katannuta Wellness can help you manage stress and absenteeism in your company by offering a wellness solution which includes on-site Indian Head Massage, life coaching and various workshops.

Product availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched within 2 working days provided payment is validated/received.

Should the product not be in stock please allow 10 - 15 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to us.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Katannuta CC will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Workmanship Warranty

Katannuta customers can be confident that the jewellery they have purchased has passed stringent quality controls. Each item is assembled to order and quality is assured. Katannuta jewellery has a limited 3-month warranty and is guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. This warranty does not, however, apply to items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage, whether accidental or otherwise.

Upon acceptance of delivery of a purchased item, insurance and protection of merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the customer, and Katannuta shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or resulting damages that may subsequently occur.

Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your jewellery purchase from Katannuta, items may be returned or exchanged, in their original packaging, within 14 days from the date of shipment. Upon receipt of your return, the merchandise will be inspected by our Quality Controllers. Items not in original condition and/or packaging, showing signs of wear, or have been personalized in any way, cannot be accepted for return. For information on proceeding with a return or exchange, please email info@katannuta.com, stating the nature of the return or exchange. Customers will then be issued with a returns number and an address to which the item must be returned. All original packaging materials must be included, together with any certification or appraisals issued with the item. For security reasons, we advise that you do not write "diamonds" or "jewellery" on the external packaging. Items should be returned via registered mail, insured for the total retail value of the contents. Please request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. It is the customer's responsibility that items are safely returned to Katannuta.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. If it is determined that the item for return is defective, or not as ordered, Katannuta will reimburse you for the cost of return shipping. Please remember to include a copy of the receipt of return shipping cost. Failure to do so may result in your forfeiting your right to reimbursement.

Payment Options and Pricing

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

Katannuta CC endeavours to offer competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

Katannuta CC reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Should Katannuta CC reduce it's price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 14 days of shipment.

Credit Card

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club credit cards.

Security Policy

1. All Credit Card details are collected using a Thawte certified SSL secured server via the HACKER SAFE certified, Mal's e-commerce payment processing portal.
2. Mal's E-commerce and WapPoint are committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Mal's E-commerce Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
3. Mal's E-commerce continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.

Monitoring

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).

Law

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

Consent

I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to Katannuta CC and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Katannuta CC for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
